🔹 How does Next-Gen-Digital work?

Clients can either post project requests or directly book ready-made offers (gigs).
Freelancers can offer services or digital instant products.
All payments are handled securely via Stripe and PayPal using an escrow model.

🔹 What are instant products?

Instant products are ready-made digital goods such as templates, checklists, presentations, or e-books.
They are delivered immediately after purchase and non-refundable according to § 356 (5) BGB (German Civil Code).

🔹 What does registration cost?

Registration is completely free for both freelancers and clients.

🔹 What is the service fee?

Clients are charged a 5% service fee per booking.
This covers customer support, platform maintenance, payment processing, and security.

🔹 What is the platform commission for freelancers?

Freelancers pay a 15% commission on successfully completed orders.

🔹 How much does homepage placement cost?

Freelancers can promote their gigs on the homepage for €10 per 15 days to boost visibility.

🔹 Is there a referral program?

Yes. Every user receives a personal referral link and can invite others.
Successful referrals earn platform credit.

🔹 Is there an affiliate program?

Yes. External partners can join our affiliate program and earn commissions by referring new users.

🔹 How does the payment system work?

Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal.
Freelancers are paid after client approval, minus fees and commissions.
Minimum payout: €50
Payouts are typically made within 5 business days.

🔹 Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, as long as the freelancer has not started working.
